What needed solving
A regional food-delivery startup needed a complete mobile experience that could compete visually with Talabat and Careem Food — fast onboarding, low-friction discovery, and an order-tracking flow that reduced support tickets.
02 · Our approach
How we framed the work
We started with a discovery sprint to map the user journey, business goals and real constraints. From there we wrote a fixed-scope plan: clear milestones, weekly review gates on a staging URL, and a written exit criterion for every phase. The mobile apps space rewards teams that ship — not teams that plan — so we biased the engagement towards working software from week two onward.
03 · The solution
What we built
Our design team shipped a full UX / UI case study in Figma: user flows, wireframes, an 8-color design system with typography and component library, hi-fidelity screens across 24 user states, and a clickable prototype. Hand-off included tokens, icon set, and motion specs for the engineering team.
