The client had a strong product but near-zero organic visibility — a React SPA that did not index, no schema, and competitors owning every commercial query.

How we framed the work
We started with a discovery sprint to map the user journey, business goals and real constraints. From there we wrote a fixed-scope plan: clear milestones, weekly review gates on a staging URL, and a written exit criterion for every phase. The seo & content space rewards teams that ship — not teams that plan — so we biased the engagement towards working software from week two onward.
03 · The solution
What we built
We migrated to a Next.js app with server-rendered SEO, added Organization / Service / FAQ / Article JSON-LD, published a pillar-and-cluster content map, and shipped 60 senior-written long-form articles with AEO-friendly structure for ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini.

Organic sessions grew 14x in 9 months, from 1.8K to 25K per month
42 commercial keywords reached top-3 positions on Google
Brand cited as the answer in ChatGPT and Perplexity for 18 buying-intent queries
